Breweries, Wineries & Distilleries in Waconia, MN

Three wineries are close to town: Schram Vineyards west of Waconia, which also brews its own beer; Sovereign Estate on the north shore of Lake Waconia; and Parley Lake Winery at Deardorff Orchards. Downtown's Waconia Brewing Co. closed in January 2026, and J. Carver Distillery announced it will close by the end of October 2026.
