About Parley Lake Winery
A farm winery in the 1888 barn at Deardorff Orchards west of Waconia, established in 2008. Wines from cold-climate Minnesota grapes grown on the farm, a wrap-around deck overlooking the Lake View Stage and Itasca vineyard, an art gallery featuring local artists, and live music in season. Family-friendly and dog-friendly.

- Seasonal Hours
Regular Friday–Sunday hours start the first weekend in May; the winery reopens in April for special events. Check the website before driving out.
