Carver County's history museum and research library, free to visit. Galleries include the Akta Dakota exhibit and Choosing Carver County, with exhibits that change regularly. The Society also runs the Historic Andrew Peterson Farmstead, which hosts the free Fall on the Farm event on the fourth Saturday in September.
